Problem V (Remove Characters)
Description
It’s pretty straightforward. Your goal is to create a function that removes the first and last characters of a string. You’re given one parameter, the original string. You don’t have to worry about strings with less than two characters.

El método de Strings llamado .slice() vino bien aquí. Una cosa a mejorar es que hay que tener en cuenta que el segundo parámetro de slice hace referencia directamente al index de la string. Por lo tanto, colocar solamente -1 ya hace referencia al último elemento de la string que no quiero que se incluya y así obviar el hecho de colocar str.length - 1.
